She led McLaren Group’s digital and data strategy and has delivered projects and strategic programmes in the private and public sectors; working in architecture, for main contractor Sir Robert McAlpine, and as a client advisor at Mott MacDonald and Equinix digital ventures.

As a member of Nima (formerly the UK BIM Alliance), an ambassador for net zero and women in construction, Ashley has presented at various industry events and conferences as well as contributing to several industry initiatives and publications, including the UK BIM Framework and the Golden Thread Initiative.
