Paul’s expertise has been shaped across a construction career over nearly 40 years, notable for delivering profitable growth, together with leadership of businesses that have delivered some of the industry’s most recognisable and iconic projects and programmes. Since joining Wates in 2017, Paul has overseen a period of profitable growth within the Wates Construction Group. As part of implementing the Wates Group’s 2025 strategy , Paul and his team have driven significant geographical and sector expansion for both Wates Construction and SES Engineering Services. Paul is passionate about creating an inclusive workforce and sponsors diversity and inclusion across the Wates Group as well as the Mental Health and Allies Network. He is also a Wates supporter for the Young Women’s Trust and represents Wates on the Construction Leadership Council.
