Precious Zumbika- Lwanga is a proud mom of two, an award-winning Construction Professional, businesswoman and entrepreneur. She is an experienced Executive, Cost & Commercial Expert, Strategic Advisor, Leadership Consultant and Non-Executive Director to several boards. She holds a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying (University of Cape Town) and an Executive MBA from Lancaster University Management School. She commands over 20 years’ experience at the helm of cost and resource management operations and transformational change across a portfolio of high- value projects and programmes. She is a focused consultant with an impressive track record in collaborative, cross-functional teamwork within high-pressure environments in the public and private sector.

Precious is Founder of Carus Advisory Services a boutique construction and management consultancy where she works with and advises her clients on how to drive value and improve their organisational & project performance. Her passion for a more collaborative, transparent industry sees itself in the work she undertakes and drawing from the breadth of her experience she supports clients to not only look at the tactical objectives but approach projects and programmes strategically from leadership behaviours through to how to develop high performing project teams from project and asset delivery through to handover.

She is a Cranfield University Executive Development Associate/ Facilitator where curates and delivers leadership modules to various FTSE 250 organisations.

Precious was named one of NatWest Top 100 most inspirational women in 2021 in the Oxford Cambridge Arc, is a judge for Women leader awards UK (2020) and was a judge for the Construction News Awards 2023.
