Raymond is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 25 years of experience in construction project management and digital transformation; his career has expanded over several industries, including rail, marine, highways, renewable energy, and construction tech. Raymond worked his way up from an entry-level civil engineer to managing complex renewable energy mega projects and spearheaded the digital transformation on various projects, frameworks and a multibillion pound alliance where he lead the implementation of various digital tools for HSQE, 4D planning and Control Rooms. He is also the founder of Paperless Construction and SitePics and is passionate about innovation and business improvement and create safer working environments and a sustainable future for his clients.
