Scott Lau is a Chartered Project Director with over 20 years of experience in the built environment predominantly in central London from contractor to consultant through to developer. He is currently working for an international developer and operator of residential, hospitality, and commercial ventures. His key skills include construction advisory, structural engineering technical knowledge, programming and project management, leading and managing design teams, project initiation, feasibility studies and has delivered at all stages of RIBA.
