Jon heads up the project delivery advisory team at the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (part of Cabinet Office and HM Treasury). The IPA are the guardians of the Governments Major Project Portfolio (GMPP). The GMPP is made up of circa £700bn of the largest, most novel and complex projects the government is undertaking. 

Jon looks over all the governments major projects in energy, environment, transport, housing, culture, international and trade. 

Jon is also a non-executive director of Crossrail International and an alternate non-executive director of Sizewell C.

Prior to joining the government, Jon spent 10 years as an executive in utilities (water, energy and telecoms for the likes of Thames Water and BT). Prior to that Jon spent 10 years as an executive in major infrastructure contractors such as Morgan Sindall and Rok plc.
