Phil is British Land's Director of Development for the regeneration of Canada Water. The development opportunity covers 53 acres and will be one of the largest regeneration projects in central London, with the potential for up to 7m sq.ft. of development covering workspace, retail, leisure, culture and residential alongside higher educational and community uses.
Phil joined British Land in May 2016 from Argent where he was a Director and enjoyed several years working on Argent's King's Cross scheme. Phil was involved in the delivery of the University of Arts London and the development of commercial and high end residential buildings. Phil headed the design and delivery of the Aga Khan Development Network's options at King's Cross and during 2015 to early 2016 led Argent's development interests at Tottenham Hale.
Prior to Argent, Phil spent several years in Davis Langdon's London Offices team, working with clients such as UBS, Lockton, Rothschild, RBS and Argent.
