Aran Verling leads and owns business transformation specialist Groundhill Ltd Consulting and is a partner in Integrated Project Delivery LLP.
A built environment professional with thirty years’ industry experience, he started in project engineer, project manager, contracts management and programme management roles before working at executive level for twenty years, including Managing Director, COO and Chairman positions as well as consulting for professional advisers and financial institutions. He now focusses on board level consultancy from multi billion pound organisations to incubator businesses.
Involved in a number of major projects across the UK, he has directly and indirectly delivered over £7 billion of private and public sector construction, including a number of projects up to £1.6 billion in value – a mixture of specialist subcontracting and main contracting environments. He holds a doctorate in Transformational Business Change.
During this time he developed a specialism in organisational thinking and transformational change and now works with companies and to achieve the safety, quality and financial performance required for a sustainable, healthy business.
