Sam Lenehan is the Associate Director of House, the modular house builder, set up in a ground breaking partnership between award winning property regenerators; Urban Splash, the largest house builder in Japan; Sekisui House and the UK government's housing accelerator; Homes England.

After playing a pivotal role in the transaction that created the partnership, delivering £90m of new investment, Sam now works across all departments within the business, helping to build an organisation that can deliver thousands of  beautifully designed, MMC homes across the UK.
