Andrew is leading National Highways’ approach to the decarbonisation of the Lower Thames Crossing. He is demonstrating that deep decarbonisation of infrastructure construction is possible today and making the project a pathfinder for the industry. Andrew has twenty years’ experience in delivering capital investment in infrastructure in both the public and private sector. He has held senior leadership roles in multi-£bn transport programmes and has supported both project and business leaders as an advisor.
