Andy Costa founded COSTA + WOLF a design agency focussed on ethical and community architecture, design mentoring and client advisory services. Andy has honed his expertise over 30 years’ incorporating his knowledge and skills with best practice across a broad range of projects.

COSTA + WOLF founders have a reputation for high quality, ecological and sustainable design combined with innovative thinking to aid clients and projects through the complex challenges of the design phases, planning processes and working to realise these with construction partners. Our community architecture works with local communities and people to help them navigate often complex planning and architectural schemes via our community outreach organisation Urban Voices.

Andy has designed and completed award winning projects and been a trusted advisor to national and international developers, public sector clients and private sector developers. He is a Civic Trust Awards Regional Assessor and has judged several awards from low carbon project of the year, international project of the year and the London Housing awards.

Andy is a qualified chartered architect in the UK, in Cyprus and in the Netherlands. He is a member of several architectural societies including the C20th Society, the Academy of Urbanism and is a Fellow of the RSA. He was chair of trustees for an architectural charity and has also founded an international ecological resource centre for a more sustainable planet.
