Francesca Roberts is the Chief Executive of construction industry charity CRASH. Francesca started her career with BBC television before moving to the charitable sector. As CEO of International Refugee Trust (IRT) she spent 13 years working in refugee camps in Sudan, northern Uganda, Jordan, and the Thai Burma Border. In 2007 Francesca was appointed CEO of CRASH, a unique, practical charity that helps homelessness charities and hospices construct buildings that care for people. CRASH unites the industry to offer free of charge professional expertise, building materials and grants. With over 25 years of experience in the charitable sector, Francesca is passionate about intelligent partnerships between companies and charities, that creates meaningful social impact, and helps people for years to come.
