Jamie is a Founding Partner at Akerlof - a leading management consultancy that specialises in applying smart, modern methods of construction (MMC) to deliver better outcomes. Formerly a Director responsible for major projects on behalf of the UK’s largest regional contractor, he is the author of the Choice Factory, advocating the application of behavioural science to realise industry transformation. More recently, he had supported the development of policy within central Government, authored MMC strategies at a departmental level as well working with the private sector.
