Owen is passionate about accelerating the transition to make our built environment more sustainable in its creation and operation. He works to embed sustainability into Arcadis – in their operations and client offerings and projects. Focusing on the structures and environment for creating change, through setting goals and driving action, training, engagement and specific change projects. A management consultant by background, with a career spent advising clients on changing their organisations, focusing on people-led transformations, then moving into sustainability focused roles. Owen lives in London with family (two small children), but enjoys escaping for adventures in nature when possible!
