I have been working in the construction industry for 16 years and I am passionate about inspiring young people to consider careers in construction. With the increasing demand for skilled workers in the construction industry, it is essential to encourage and support the next generation of construction professionals. My role at VolkerFitzpatrick is to recruit, train and mentor apprentices and graduates and help them develop their careers.
