Will’s focus is on achieving better outcomes for people and nature. In his previous role at the IPA he conceived and led the creation of Transforming Infrastructure Performance: Roadmap to 2030, and supported writing the Construction Playbook. He is now focussed on helping to translate the vision into practice in business consulting with EY, applying twenty years’ experience in infrastructure, across the contexts of project delivery, IT transformation, strategic advisory and government policy.
