Andrew is the Environment Agency’s Deputy Director of Asset Management Systems and Navigation. He is an Incorporated Civil Engineer and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, and Fellow of the Institute of Asset Management. He has over 30Yrs experience in flood and coastal risk management, Environment Management, & Civil Engineering and Building construction in the private and public sectors.

Andrew and his team lead on asset management strategy, systems and assurance; across FCRM, Water, Navigation. He has responsibility for the EA operated inland navigations and ports. He is leading the integration of nature based assets into the asset portfolio and embedding sustainability in asset management system .
