Barbara Welch is a director at Mace with 30+ years of industry experience. Her career has taken her to Asia, Russia, and beyond, where she established new operations and led Mace’s Western Europe and Global Clients businesses. A dedicated advocate for inclusion and diversity, Barbara actively supports the next generation of talent through initiatives like the Royal Academy of Engineering Leadership Scheme and the Circle Partnership. Her work has earned her recognition, including the Outstanding Woman in Construction Award and a place on Cranfield School of Management’s ‘Women to Watch’ list.
