Lydia is a Chartered Civil Engineer and spent the first half of her career in construction and infrastructure development, from physical site engineering to project managing multi-million infrastructure projects. In 2015 she won the European award for Best Young Woman in Construction. Lydia is now Senior Director of Enterprise Success for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Bentley Systems, an infrastructure software company. She is responsible for the strategy and direction of the practice; developing strategic alignment between teams, increasing user sentiment and enhancing the account experience through high touch strategies.
