Malcolm Peake is a professionally qualified chartered civil engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). He has extensive experience in the design, management, and delivery of various road, rail and marine engineering projects. Over his career, he has changed his focus from developing solutions to solve civil engineering problems to one helping people to develop their professional careers. At Tony Gee and Partners he is supporting the company’s ongoing focus on learning and development whilst embracing its unique culture. This includes managing the initial professional development of students, apprentices and graduates as they build the foundations for their own careers.
