"Rafe Bertram’s role at Enfield Council is Council Housing Energy Efficiency and Retrofit manager across 10,000 Enfield Council Homes, and coordinating Enfield’s sustainable infrastructure, such as heat networks. His work aims to achieve the targets of the Council’s Climate Action Plan, to be climate neutral as an organisation by 2030 and as a whole borough by 2040. He is a Retrofit Coordinator, a Public Practice Alumni, a panel member of Design South East, founding director of Retrofit Kentish Town and works with the Good Homes Alliance on Environmental Economics.
