"Samantha is a building surveyor and a Fellow of the RICS and Associate Member of the ICE. She is an associate professor at the University of the West of England and ESG Director at Black Cat Building Consultancy. Samantha uses her expertise and experience to provide practical and implementable advice and strategic guidance on sustainability for built assets, drawing together her practical knowledge with her research and academic experience. She has published and spoken to a wide range of audiences on surveying and sustainability. Samantha is passionate about supporting the next generation of built environment professionals, and is an active mentor for the Circle Partnership."
