Steve oversees the strategic direction of Ballymore’s residential, retail, and commercial projects in London. As a RICS Fellow with over 30 years’ real estate experience, Steve has led mixed-use regeneration projects with a combined GDV in excess of £6bn, in the UK and overseas. Today, Steve is focussed on securing planning consent and driving delivery for over 14,000 homes in London.

In Slovakia, Steve oversaw the completion of a major project on the banks of the Danube in partnership with the City of Bratislava, along with the planning of regeneration schemes in Berlin and Prague. In London, Steve has led the delivery of London City Island, Embassy Gardens, Goodluck Hope and Wardian for Ballymore and its partners. Steve is also leading public-private partnerships between Ballymore and numerous public partners including LLDC, Places for London and Camden Council, and the delivery of Bishopsgate Goodsyard in Shoreditch, comprising 1.5m sqft commercial development.
