GRAHAM has built a complex that offers a quality of life beyond working life. Wycliffe Park allows its residents to enjoy their retirement this way - the better way.

By building Pall Mall Press, GRAHAM delivered lasting impact safely, sustainably, collaboratively, and innovatively - on schedule, within budget and to the highest standards. The project, which is Liverpool’s largest residential development completed since 2021, delivers much-needed BTR housing in the city, providing 336 modern and sustainable apartments within a thriving new community. By using innovative construction methods and technology, and through successful collaboration, the project was delivered on schedule and budget, with residents moving in two weeks after completion. Pall Mall Press paves the way for similar development locally - GRAHAM is pleased to have led the way.

One of the main successes has to be the sustainable credentials of the scheme, delivering a school that will be net zero in operation inspires future education projects to achieve the same, it demonstrates it can be done. The social value elements delivered during construction also demonstrate the commitment to sustainable support of local communities and the difference a project like this can achieve. Finally the real outstanding achievement is the design, the project has delivered a light and inspiring space and testament to this is the response from the students, who were who were blown away by.

LIHE is a brand new research and education facility for King’s College London bringing together the world’s leading medtech organisations, multinational companies, SME’s and start-ups. Situated within the heart of London’s medtech hub, the four-storey flexible office accommodation will foster collaboration and innovation through its unique design tailored specifically for research staff. The adaptable workspace suits different working styles while a signature showcase staircase that stands at the centre of the building provides not only a unique design feature but encourages staff from all parts of the building to come together.

Parsons Rockfall Shelter

The Parsons Tunnel Rockfall Shelter ensures Brunel’s iconic rail link serving Devon and Cornwall is resilient to the effects of climate change. It ensures the connectivity of Devon and Cornwall, protecting the local economy. The project features two UK firsts: the first rockfall structure of its type, and the first time a travelling rail-mounted gantry crane has been used for construction over a live railway. This innovative design and construction technique is applicable and adaptable to other transport links subject to similar challenges. The project demonstrates the positive impact Civil Engineering has on regional economic wellbeing and the environment.

The new MRI/Oncology building at the Royal Cornwall Hospital required a collaborative, future-thinking approach to address the complex procedures and imaging equipment needed to improve medical outcomes and patient experience. It offers seamless co-located scanning services, increased bed capacity for the haematology and oncology ward, and first-class systems infrastructure and facilities. The vibrant yet calming environment has increased levels of comfort and patient choice. State-of-the-art equipment provides increased efficiencies and promotes a positive working environment. Constructed during a global pandemic, the remarkable achievement is already making a huge difference to staff and patients across Cornwall and Isles of Scilly.

10 Brindleyplace is a remarkable retrofit project that sets new standards in the Birmingham office market. The biggest office refurbishment scheme in the city, this project has fundamentally transformed the commercial office space within two buildings, to create a single, industry-leading workspace. It is a Grade A office with a strong focus on sustainability, occupant wellness and smart technology that not only meet the demands of today but provides an environment that caters to the evolving needs of occupiers.

Refurbishment & Extension of the galleries at The National

The Scottish National Galleries is a 180-year-old A-listed building sitting in a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the heart of Edinburgh, on top of railway tunnels. Adjacent to the building, sits Princess Street Gardens which hosts busy Christmas Markets and Edinburgh Festival Fringe Events. While up to 4,500 tourists visited the Galleries daily, our team were tunnelling, contiguous piling, hydraulic jacking, mini piling, deconstructing and soil nailing. The innovation displayed, particularly our temporary works solution, is industry leading. Overcoming the logistical and technical challenges of this project to deliver an exceptional facility has been a privilege for our team.
