Through the use of new technology and kit-of-parts approach, Pro Steel Engineering was the specialist contractor that saw the following results from its Manchester Airport project:- A simplified design reduced components from over 5,000 to just 67 per node.- The reduced on-site crane lifts, vehicle movements, and work at height, improved safety and efficiency.- 125 tons of CO2 emissions being prevented.- A 50% reduction in manhours on-site compared to traditional methods was achieved, due to continuous improvements during node assembly and installation.- Enhanced visibility and credit to the female workforce working on the project
