The initiative also offers mentoring through ILM-backed coaching, graduate and apprenticeship pathways, and emphasises ED&I. Recognised with Gold Accreditation from the 5% Club, Keltbray sets a benchmark for workforce development and leadership.
Lynch’s Second Chances programme, in partnership with City & Guilds Training, is a groundbreaking initiative delivering plant operator training inside HMP Highpoint. This first-of-its-kind programme reduces reoffending rates and provides employment-ready skills to support reintegration into the workforce. With direct employment pathways, strong tier-one contractor backing, and a scalable training model, Lynch is transforming lives while addressing the construction industry’s labour shortage. By training one cohort every ten days by 2025, providing employment for over 100 prisoners, Lynch is setting a new standard for social impact, proving that construction can be a catalyst for positive and lasting change.
