As a member of the senior leadership team for international property and construction consultants, Gleeds, Jonathan is responsible for overseeing the business’ work in advisory services, the public sector and UK’s South East region. Jonathan has been central to the development of Gleeds’ education business over the past 20 years, with the team having worked on over £10 billion of projects. He has also advised local authorities and central government departments on strategy, procurement, commercial and efficiency opportunities using insight gained when on secondment with HM Treasury. Having overseen the delivery of over 200 PPP schemes, Jonathan has acted as a judge at the industry PPP Awards for the past 15 years. He is looking forward to working with Construction News and the other Judges to review the quality entries and identify the winners.
