Katie Rudin is Housing and Innovation Director at Akerlof, a B Corp consultancy specialising in ESG, MMC and delivery strategy across the built environment. With over 14 years’ experience spanning L&Q, Berkeley and Hill, she combines client insight with sector-leading innovation. Katie has led MMC and digital projects including MHCLG’s digital kit-of-parts, engaging over 300 experts and the award-winning L&Q DfMA Toolkit. She authored the Strategic MMC Action Plan for Combined Authorities and advised West Yorkshire Combined Authority on Net Zero delivery. Katie is passionate about translating policy into scalable, inclusive solutions that unlock quality, affordability and social value in housing.
