CRASH Charity - 30 Years of Constructing Places That Care

CRASH has been the UK construction industry’s social impact partner since 1996.

For three decades, CRASH has brought the construction industry together to support homelessness charities and hospices across the UK, demonstrating what can be achieved when skills, materials and generosity are aligned with a shared purpose.

CRASH’s work shows that well designed and expertly built environments have a positive effect on how people feel and behave. This impact is especially significant for vulnerable homeless people, and for children and adults living with a life limiting illness. Every project delivered helps to create spaces that offer dignity, safety, comfort and hope.

Thanks to the continued commitment of the construction industry, thousands of people now have safer, more welcoming places to stay, recover and rebuild their lives. CRASH’s partnerships demonstrate how industry collaboration can help build a more caring society, delivering lasting social impact through the built environment.
