Andrew has considerable experience in development, corporate representation, investment agency and asset rationalisation. As a mixed-use specialist, Andrew regularly works with Residential Development, Hotels and Public Sector departments of Knight Frank. Andrew is a specialist in Rights of Light advice to clients and has spent time on secondment to Land Securities and Hammerson. Andrew has been with Knight Frank since 1997 but started working in the Central London markets in 1990. Over this period, Andrew has had dealings with all aspects of lettings, sales acquisition and development of commercial and residential properties"
