Lisa has been with Haringey Council for 20+ years, bringing procurement expertise across care, supplies, services, and construction. Since 2018, she has led a specialist team managing the Council’s portfolio of Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) and frameworks, ensuring smooth collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders. She also heads the London Construction Programme (LCP), a virtual organisation hosted by Haringey that streamlines public sector construction procurement across London and the Home Counties. With over 50 public sectors bodies now using LCP’s efficient and compliant processes, Lisa has driven innovation in procurement, most notably through the latest iteration of Frameworks, which includes, Housing, Education and General Works, each uniquely integrating Social Value, SME support and the principles of the Gold Standard, Construction Playbook, and FAC-1.
