Dr Canning leads the operational and tunnel technology group at National Highways. He is accountable for the technical strategies, specifications , product roadmaps and policies which govern Operational and Tunnel Technology across National Highways. His previous experience includes time in the consultancy sector, Local Government and working for Heathrow Airport on the Terminal 2 construction programme.
