"Mark has dedicated 35 years to the construction and engineering sector, with 32 of those focused on Health, Safety and Wellbeing. Over the past 15 years, Mark has held senior leadership roles, managing Health & Safety for diverse projects, including the construction and maintenance of hospitals, schools, and energy centres. Notably, Mark led the safety review of over 130 high-rise tower blocks following the Grenfell disaster and oversaw major redevelopment programmes. Most recently, Mark served as the Health & Safety Director for the Battersea Power Station redevelopment, guiding the final three years of construction, and preparing for the grand opening of one of London’s most iconic landmarks. In in current role, Mark leads the Houses of Parliament Restoration and Renewal Programme Delivery Authority’s Health & Safety team, delivering one of the UK's most challenging and significant heritage projects – to restore the Palace of Westminster through replacing all MEP services, enhancing security and visitor experiences, and modernising workspaces."
