Kingsley is a leading figure of the South West public sector construction industry. He is the Head of Southern Construction Framework (SW) which during his tenure with SCF has brought more than £2bn of South West public sector construction to market. In addition to his primary role with SCF, and as the recently elected Chair of National Association of Construction Frameworks (NACF), he represents a core group of Local Authority led public sector frameworks. He is also Chair of Constructing Excellence in the South West, and a Director of Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) representing Local Government.
