Matt is a Chartered Surveyor by training and has been with The Crown Estate as a Development Director since 2021 – predominantly working on large scale mixed-use regeneration. Prior to that he worked in development at U+I Group, and Development Securities. He currently leads the master planning of The Crown Estate’s £2b GDV mixed-use scheme as part of the North-East Cambridge Innovation District. He is an Academician of the AOU, a member of the Design Review Panel at Ebbsfleet, and the former Chair of the British Property Federation's Development Committee, and was previously a Non-Exec Director with The Evidence Quarter and Canopi.
