Gill has over 35 years’ experience in the delivery of highway and traffic management schemes across London and the South of England. She is a Technical Director at WSP within the Mobility business unit. She undertakes Project Director roles and is part time seconded to a Local Authority as a Programme Manager. She prides herself on her people skills to help reach their full potential and feel empowered in what they do and the decisions they make. She enjoys creating and building inclusive collaborative environments to deliver projects and has a role in developing new business and major bids in the highways/transportation sector.

She is a Chartered Manager through the CMI, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation (CIHT) and a member of the Association for Project Management.
