I’m Head of Business Development at the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA), where I lead membership growth and work with contractors across the building engineering services sector. My background is in building businesses, leading teams and developing commercial relationships. I enjoy solving problems and turning ideas into practical improvements. At BESA, this includes developing our Member Pledge initiative and strengthening relationships across contractor supply chains. As a returning CN Awards judge, I’m particularly interested in collaboration, innovation and leadership. I want to understand what a business has achieved, how its people made it happen and what difference it has made to clients, staff and business performance.
