Each year, we assemble an independent panel of senior clients and leading industry figures who generously dedicate their time and expertise to review hundreds of entries. Working against strict criteria, our judges score each submission with the aim of recognising and rewarding the very best in construction .

Our Judging Process

Judging runs in two stages, giving every entry a fair and thorough assessment.

Stage One: Online judging

All entries are reviewed and scored online by an independent panel against the published criteria for their category. This stage determines each category’s shortlist.

Stage Two: Live judging

Shortlisted entrants are invited to present in person to their respectoive judging panel at our London offices, bringing their written submission to life and answering questions directly. This is where category winners are decided.

Every entry, shortlisted or not, receives the same rigorous, criteria-led assessment from senior industry figures who understand what excellence looks like in construction today.
