I am passionate about recognising the projects, organisations and individuals that are setting new standards across the construction industry. As Chief Operating Officer of Kilnbridge Group, a leading UK structures, engineering and construction specialist renowned for delivering some of the industry's most complex and technically demanding projects, I oversee operations, digital transformation, sustainability, governance and people strategy across the business. A significant focus of my work has been driving business transformation through technology, data and process improvement, while also helping to shape our sustainability strategy and long-term social value commitments. I am currently leading the development of the Kilnbridge Apprenticeship Academy, reflecting my passion for attracting, developing and retaining the next generation of industry talent. Having previously judged the Construction News Awards in 2026, I would welcome the opportunity to contribute again, applying my experience to recognise and celebrate the projects, organisations and people driving excellence across our industry.
