Rachel Bell is an Architect and Director of Partnerships at Stride Treglown, bringing over 25 years' experience in the construction sector to her role as a mentor. Rachel is passionate about developing people and building a more inclusive construction industry. She is an experienced mentor through the Circle Partnership, a Director of Women in Property, a patron of LandAid, and a regular judge for industry awards. Over the last five years, she has led five women's empowerment trips to Malawi, a reflection of her deep commitment to helping others find their voice and realise their potential. In her day-to-day role, Rachel leads the Winning Work team at Stride Treglown, where she has built her career on strong relationships, collaboration, and helping teams navigate challenges, skills she draws on directly in her mentoring.
