Flan has over 40 years varied experience in design and construction management. Flan previously led the project delivery team on behalf of Sellar for the £2bn Shard Quarter scheme incorporating both The Shard and The News Building with their extensive public realm and rail/underground related works. Flan has worked on many major redevelopments across the UK. He was Construction Director of the £1.5bn Westfield London Shopping Mall at White City for Westfield/Multiplex and Preconstruction Project Director for the Peterborough Hospitals PFI. Along with delivering other major London projects such as Broadgate, Canary Wharf, NatWest Tower, Albion Riverside and The Royal Opera House. Flan also has extensive overseas experience in Europe, the Middle East and Far East.
