Colin provides commercial consenting, planning and delivery advice to infrastructure operators and developers. He has led the consenting of four Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) since 2010 and is currently leading the consenting of two energy NSIPs, two hydrogen pipeline NSIPs and Anglian Water’s desalination plant programme.
